Key Responsibilities
- Supervise sewing lines to achieve daily production targets.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production.
- Monitor operator efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Allocate work effectively and resolve production issues.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and good housekeeping on the production floor.
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience managing sewing lines in a garment factory.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
