Lexis Convey Support Operator
Reporting to the Support Manager for our Customer Support Centre the Support Operator will be given the opportunity to provide resourceful telephonic and email support to all Lexis Convey Customers.Main Responsibilities:
Efficiently use our ticketing system to record all support activities throughout the day Stay in constant communication with managers, customers, and other support staff Keeping up to date with and being familiar with all products supported by the Customer Support Operator Dealing directly with customers in a friendly, helpful and efficient manner (telephonically, via email and live chat) Escalating support calls by defined criteria or situation In addition to the above, we may call upon you to assist with any other reasonable tasks, which need to be carried out
