LEGAL PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANT NEEDED
Maqakachane Chambers is looking for a Legal Professional Assistant to provide professional service in its “Constitutionalisation Department”:
He or She must be:
– Goal-orientated;
– Results-Driven;
– Self-Motivated;
– Team-worker;
– Broad legal knowledge based, especially public law;
– Prolific legal researcher;
– Have fair drafting and advocacy skills.
– Able to critigue policy and normative base of existing legal principles, doctrine and dogma, and to promote and advance change (social engineering through law).
– have at least 3 years experience as legal practitioner or 2 years experience with excellent academic record (at least 2.1)

– Brief summary (1 to 2 pages) on how he or she has applied legal principles or will apply them to effect and achieve socio-economic, politico-legal change in society (constitutionalisation agenda).
