Overview
MJ Mots’oari Chambers invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced legal practitioners to fill the position of Advocate.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree
- Admitted Legal Practitioner in Lesotho
- Minimum of three (3) years’ post-admission experience
- Strong litigation, legal drafting, and research skills
- Ability to handle matters independently and appear before courts and tribunals
- Valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and client management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions
- Draft pleadings, contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and other forums
- Manage litigation files and provide legal advice to clients
- Attend consultations and maintain professional client relationships
