Position: Legal Consultant (Attorney/Advocate)
Location: Butha-Buthe, Lesotho

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and committed Legal Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advisory services and supporting clients on human resource management matters. This role is ideal for a legal practitioner who is both commercially aware and interested in the intersection between law and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advisory and consulting services to clients
- Draft, review, and interpret legal documents, including contracts and policies
- Advise on labour law and human resource management issues
- Support clients with compliance and regulatory requirements
- Deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions
Minimum Requirements
- Admitted Attorney or Advocate
- Minimum of 2 years’ post-admission experience
- Strong knowledge of labour law and HR-related legal frameworks
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to relocate to Butha-Buthe
- High level of professionalism and ethical conduct
- Strong client service orientation
