Requirement Overview:
To administer, monitor and report on the Recovery Portfolio for Mercedes-Benz Financial Services South Africa, both on Passenger Cars and Commercial Vehicles on terminated and matured matters within prescribed policies and procedures in order to reduce delinquency rate and minimize credit losses.
Ensure a high focus on brand, customer and dealer relationship management by effective communication with customers, external service providers and stakeholders to manage the Recovery Portfolio end to end within prescribed timelines and in compliance to the Company’s Integrity & Anti Bribery Codes, Conflict of Interest Policy & S.H.E. requirements and to perform delegated S.H.E. tasks and duties & to inform superior about deviations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- To build and maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders.

To administer, co-ordinate and report on the recoveries portfolio for pre and post litigation matters, ensuring all legal requirements are being adhered to.

To facilitate and administer queries by all stakeholders in support of the recoveries portfolio to enable collection and settlement agreements within prescribed guidelines and procedures.

To analyse and assess external service supplier performance through co-ordinating and arranging regular performance meetings and to implement corrective action measures.

To analyse and administer the debt sale process within prescribed polies.
The ideal candidate will come from a Customer Service background and have excellent communication skills. You must pay attention to detail and process data accurately. You will also have problem solving attributes, be well organised, have negotiation skills and be IT Literate. This role will suit someone who stays calm whilst under pressure. 2 to 3 years’ relevant experience within an administrative role, F&I or Financial Services/ Legal & Collections environment and customer service experience.
Education
