MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must hold a minimum of an LL.M degree. The incumbent should be able to teach the Law of Delict. Furthermore, applicants must demonstrate competence in handling private law courses at undergraduate and post graduate levels. Teaching experience and research requirements shall meet minimum requirements set out in the Appointment and Promotions Criteria/Guidelines for teaching and research staff at NUL, as per the relevant rank.

Applicant is expected to have knowledge of advanced Learning Management Systems (LMS).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The incumbent will be expected to promote the professional development of law students through teaching, supervision and research in his/her area of expertise. The incumbent should have the ability to handle courses taught by the departments of Public Law and Procedural and Adjectival Law should the need arise. Further, the incumbent is expected to develop up to date study materials, deliver lectures and assess students as per the rules and regulations of the Faculty of Law. Administrative duties may also be assigned by the Faculty from time to time.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:
Permanent and pensionable/gratuitable for Locals and Contract for Non –
Locals.
