FACULTY OF LAW:
POST NO. 3571: LECTURER/SENIOR LECTURER IN THE DEPARTMENT OF PROCEDURAL AND ADJECTIVAL LAW
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the post of Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in the Department of Procedural and Adjectival Law at the National University of Lesotho.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must hold at least a Master of Laws (LL.M). Furthermore, applicants must demonstrate competence in handling Procedural and Adjectival Law courses. Teaching experience and refereed publications will be an added advantage.
DUTIES
The incumbent will be expected to promote the professional development of law students through teaching, dissertation supervision and research in his/her area of expertise. (The incumbent should also be prepared to handle courses in both Public and Private Law disciplines should a need arise). Furthermore, the incumbent shall be expected to develop up-to-date study
materials, deliver lectures and assess students as per the rules and regulations of the Faculty of Law. Administrative duties may also be assigned by the Faculty from time to time.
REMUNERATION
The
University offers competitive salaries and other benefits commensurate with
qualifications and experience.
CONTRACT
Permanent and pensionable/gratuitable for Locals and Contract for Non-Locals.
