SENIOR LECTURER/LECTURER
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the position of a Senior Lecturer/Lecturer in the Department of Economics.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
The applicant should have the following credentials:
- A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Economics with a coursework
- A minimum of Second Class Upper Division (2:1) or equivalent at undergraduate level
- Strong background in Microeconomics and Macroeconomics and Quantitative Methods/Techniques
- A PhD, publications in recognized or accredited journals, and experience in tertiary level teaching of the above-mentioned courses will be an added advantage.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent will be expected to lecture courses at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level, supervise and monitor student’s projects/dissertations
