Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
- The applicants must have a good taught Master’s degree and a Ph.D. in Public Administration or Public Management.
- Evidence of a research output is preferred.
- Priority will be given to the applicants who specialize in Comparative Public Administration, Public Sector Human Resource Management, Rural and Development Management, and Monitoring and Evaluation in the Public Sector.
- A minimum of one year of teaching experience at institutions of higher learning will be an added advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities
- The successful candidates will be expected to teach Public Administration courses and supervise students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, engage in research, curriculum development, academic citizenship, and community services activities, and perform any other duties assigned to them by the Department from time to time.
Remuneration:
The University offers salaries and benefits commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Employment type
Permanent and pensionable/gratuitable terms for Locals, and Two Years Contract for Non-Locals with a possibility of renewal.
