Post No. 2116 – Lecturer in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

- A Registered Nurse who holds a PhD specialized in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing.
- Holds a nurse Educator qualification

- Experience in teaching and supervising learners at university/college level.
- Be registered with the National Nursing Council.
- Experience in curriculum development and Measurement Evaluation.
- Publications will be an added advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Have an experience and expertise in implementing Competency-based and E-learning curricula
- Supervise learners’ research projects.
- Participate in team-work in the department and faculty
- Liaises with other departments in the faculty
- Aspire and be motivated in personal growth.
- Highly self-driven and flexible in her work.
REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES

- Good listener and empathizer
- Ability to work under pressure
- Has a will to learn new novelties.
DURATION
The appointment for the position shall be permanent and pensionable contract.
