The National University of Lesotho invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the following position of Lecturer in Educational Research, Measurement (Testing) and Evaluation:
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
The applicant must hold a minimum of MEd in Educational Research, Measurement and Evaluation. She or he must have teaching experience at tertiary level. The following would be an added advantage:
A relevant PhD.
Statistical knowledge and ability to work with statistical software packages.
A proven record of research and publications.
Duties:
A successful candidate will be expected to:
Teach relevant courses at undergraduate and post graduate levels.
Undertake research and publish in the
relevant area of specialisation, and
Perform any other duties as shall be determined from time to time by the Department and Faculty.

The University offers competitive salaries and other benefits commensurate with qualifications and experience.
TYPE OF CONTRACT
The terms and conditions of service are on the basis of a renewable two year contract.
