The National University of Lesotho invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Community Health Nursing.
1.0 MINIMUM QUALIFITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
A Registered Nurse who holds a Masters Degree, specialized in Community Health Nursing
Experience in teaching and / or supervising learners at clinical area/ college/ university.
Be registered with the National Nursing Council.
A PhD holder or
A learner enrolled in PhD; with proof thereof
Publication in refereed journals will be an added advantage.
2.0 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Teaches learners in Community Health Nursing
Assesses Learners
Accompanies learners to the clinical areas
Liaises with other
Departments in the faculty
Supervises student’s dissertations
3.0 RENUMERATION
The University offers salaries and benefits commensurate with qualifications and experience.
4.0 TYPE OF CONTRACT
Permanent and pensionable/gratuitable for Locals and Contract for Non-Locals.
