Position : Lecturer – Entrepreneurship
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- A Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship or an equivalent qualification in a related field.
- A minimum of three (3) years’ relevant teaching or professional experience.
- A PhD in the relevant field will be an added advantage.

- Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management.
- New Venture Creation and Business Start-up Development.
- Business Planning and Feasibility Analysis.
- Entrepreneurial Finance and Funding.
- Business Model Development.
- Enterprise Growth and Scaling Strategies.
- SME Development and Support Systems.
Additional Competencies
Successful candidates should demonstrate:
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to integrate real-world case studies and industry practices into teaching.
- Strong communication, mentoring, and research skills.

- Names and contact details of three (3) contactable professional referees.
- One of the following documents as proof of National Manpower Development Secretariat (NMDS) loan status:
- Official confirmation that the applicant has fully settled their NMDS sponsorship loan; or
- Official documentation confirming that the applicant was not sponsored by NMDS; or
- A signed undertaking authorising the University, upon successful appointment, to deduct monthly NMDS loan repayments directly from the applicant’s salary.
Important Note
Shortlisted candidates will be required to submit a qualification verification certificate issued by the Council on Higher Education (CHE) of Lesotho.
