Requirements:
The applicant should have the following credentials:
- A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Economics with a coursework
- A minimum of Second Class Upper Division (2:1) or equivalent at undergraduate level
- Strong background in Microeconomics, Macroeconomics and Quantitative Methods/Techniques
- A PhD, Publications in recognized or accredited journals, and experience in tertiary level teaching of the above-mentioned course will be an added advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will be expected to lecture the above-mentioned courses at both undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels, supervise and monitor students’ projects/dissertations at both undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels, as well as engage in research in the field of Economics.

Permanent and pensionable/ gratuitable for locals and a contract/gratuitable for Non-Locals.
