Competencies and Attributes:
Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of catering and hospitality management.
Excellent teaching, communication, and mentorship skills. Creativity and innovation in lesson delivery and curriculum design.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS.
Education:
A First Degree in Catering, Hospitality Management, or a similar discipline with at least three (3) years of relevant industry or teaching experience.
OR
A Diploma in Catering, Hospitality Management, or a similar discipline with at least seven (7) years of relevant experience.
Certifications: TVET Instructor Certification (Mandatory).
Teaching Methodology Certification (Mandatory). Assessor/Moderator Certification (preferred).
Professional Affiliations (Mandatory):
Membership in relevant technical or academic bodies, such as Catering Associations, Hospitality Management Bodies, or TVET Academic Bodies.
