The Alliance Group Investment Holding has an opportunity for experienced Learning and Business Development Partner. The primary purpose is providing service at Group Level on Competency based learning employee learning and development cycle, change management and implementation of digital learning. This position reports to Group Human Resources and the role is also part of changes and projects at Business Unit level. This is a 1 year fixed term contract.
You will be responsible for:
- Implementation of the learning and development cycle in line with learner experience standards, business needs and as determined by learning and overall development strategy
- Coordinates integration of talent development and performance management (PDP)s
- Implements and facilitates the digital learning and duration of content
- Supports Business Unit and manages external vendors partnerships, from sourcing and maintaining relationships
- Reporting on learning solutions and evaluating learning impact
- In partnership with Business Units, develop role or Competency based maps
- Delivers learning and development plans and facilitate in-house learning programs
- Manages learning and Development information systems
Required Qualifications, experience, knowledge and Competencies
- Business related Degree or Higher in Human Resource and/or Technology, Instructional Design, Computer Sciences or related discipline
- Accreditation in Train-the trainer will be added advantage
- 3 years minimum experience of learning and development environment with exposure on learning management systems
- The incumbent must have managed or had exposure with online environments, blended with self-directed based learning programs
- Knowledge of learning & development and technologies combined with the ability to deliver impactful solutions
- Ability to drive relationships and collaboration across different level of organization, obtain buy-in, and achieve success in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
