Avalanche Consulting is bidding for a groundbreaking opportunity in one of the largest water projects currently underway in Lesotho. This opportunity is still at the bidding stage.
Avalanche Consulting invites CVs from Basotho for the following position:
Position: Lead Design – Water, Sanitation, and Wastewater Management
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Water Engineering, or equivalent
- Registered Professional Engineer
- Master’s degree in Water/Wastewater Engineering or Environmental Engineering
- At least 15 years of post-graduate experience in Civil Engineering works
- Minimum of 10 years’ design experience in developing countries, specifically in rural water, sanitation, and wastewater projects
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading water and sanitation design teams
Specific Tasks Include
- Lead the Water and Sanitation Design Team
- Oversee and conduct water and sanitation designs and documentation for the works
- Provide technical support to the site team during construction
