Maintains all training records, ensuring these are readily accessible, up to date and complies with the required standards
through SAP or learning management system (LMS) used within ABInBev
National training planned and executed, with all payments and reconciliations relating to that event completed timeously
and accurately
Ensure travel and accommodation is planned, booked and reconciled timeously and accurately for all trainings conducted.
Ensure adherence to travel policies; purchase to procure (PTP) policies in regard to Training related expenditure
Support and drive overall Skills Education Training Authorities (SETA) initiatives and processes including Workplace
Skills Plan (WSP) collation and submission, compliance to Education and Training Quality Assurance (ETQA) and
Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) standards in collaboration with skill development coordinator
Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) –quality assure and review of learning and development requirements that is designed to
support individual, team and organisational development and updating of course catalogues for accuracy of reporting
Competence Acquisition Process (CAP) updates and links (skills matrix)
Maintenance and upload of TNA/LNA/WSP/BBBEE data and any trackers
