LCCI First Intake of Graduate Internship Programme

On 1st February 2018, the African Development Bank Group (AfDB) and the Lesotho Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) signed a Fund for African Private Sector Assistance (FAPA) grant agreement to finance the Economic Diversification Support Technical Assistance Project (EDSTAP). The objective of the Project is to improve the institutional capacities and effectiveness of business associations in Lesotho by improving partnerships, building capacity and delivery business development services.

LCCI as the lead executing agency, working closely with the eight (8) beneficiary institutions therefore invites applications from the graduates for consideration as per the following:

  1. DURATION AND REMUNERATION
    The program offers graduates internship of four (4) months and will be offered stipend not salary towards their living expenses.
  2. ELIGIBILITY
    Candidates must be Basotho who have not previously been employed in a full time capacity or for a period exceeding six (6) months. They must be in possession of a Diploma or a Degree qualification in the fields below:
    (a) Business Administration/Management
    (b) Marketing
    (c) Tourism
    (d) Project Management
    (e) Office Administration
    (f) Commerce
    (g) Accounting
    (h) Research
    (i) Computer Science
    (j) Information and Communication Technology

LCCI is under no obligation to employ Interns upon completion of the program. Correspondence will only be undertaken with shortlisted candidates. Should you not hear from us within three (3) months after the deadline, please consider/accept that your application was NOT successful.
