Job Summary
MG Health Limited is seeking a Laundry Supervisor to oversee daily laundry operations and manage laundry staff. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of laundry equipment, maintain inventory, and coordinate with other departments to meet uniform and linen needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily laundry operations: washing, drying, folding
- Manage laundry staff: schedule shifts, assign tasks, fill in timesheets
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance
- Maintain laundry equipment and report malfunctions
- Manage inventory of laundry supplies and consumables
- Coordinate with other departments to meet uniform and linen requirements
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and operational stability of the laundry house
Required Skills
