Description

Role Purpose
Assist key account managers to gain and keep customers by providing customer service and managing customer accounts. The support specialist is responsible for all after sales support to ensure that the customer queries are attended to and maintain acceptable churn rate
Key Deliverables
⦁    Respond to customer inquiries, schedule meetings and sales appointment and follow-up with customers after the sale.
⦁    Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.
⦁    Assist directly or route customers to the appropriate personnel for assistance.
⦁    Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting customer needs in courteous and timely manner.
⦁    Prepare documentation and reports on routine customer correspondence for future reference purpose. 

Competencies
Customer Service, Process Improvement, Decision Making, Managing Processes, Planning, Strong analytical skills , Developing Standards, Help Desk Experience

Qualifications and Experience
⦁    A B.Comm Business Management or B.Comm Marketing and Management Science or Bachelors of Business Administration Degree or any Social Sciences/Commerce Degree.
⦁    At least 3 years customer service.
⦁    Telecommunications experience would be an added advantage
