- Minimum National Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related qualification.
Experience
- Minimum of four (4) years’ experience, with part of that experience in a supervisory role.
Knowledge and Skills
- Culinary expertise in Basotho cuisine and other cuisines.
- Strong team leadership skills.
