In an effort to support women entrepreneurs in Lesotho for economic development, Standard Lesotho Bank has recently launched Khalala. The program aims to build a platform that empowers Basotho women entrepreneurs, inspires them, and provides resources to support their growth and success. This program benefits all Basotho women entrepreneurs and brings them together with successful and inspirational women to share their experiences.
As part of the program, there will be webinars and workshops hosted regularly. Khalala invites Basotho women entrepreneurs to join the upcoming “Doing Business in the Digital World,” webinar to be hosted on the 15th of December 2021. There will also be a virtual networking event where participants will learn how to do an elevator pitch of their businesses and get a chance to engage with other women entrepreneurs.
