Tholo Energy is urgently looking for Basotho Nationals to fill in the position of:
JOB TITLE: Key Account Manager Retail
REPORTS TO: Chief Operating Oficer
LOCATION: Maseru
PURPOSE:
The key account manager’s responsibilities include growing the company’s revenue, oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients and for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
– Contribute in sustaining and growing the business to achieve long-term success.
– Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
– Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing
solutions that meet their objectives
– Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
– Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
– Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
– Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting
relationships
– Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external
stakeholders using key account metrics.
Competencies and abilities:
– Diploma/Degree in Retail Management or related field plus minimum of 2 to 3 years in retail industry
– Experience in working in a petroleum industry will be an added advantage
– Understanding the HSSE aspects is also essential
– Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
– Keeping track of debtors and understanding customer’s demands
– Excellent time and project management skills
– Experience in sales and customer services will be an advantage
