The Judicial Service Commission of the British Overseas Territory of Turks and Caicos Islands invites applications for the position of: Justice of the Court of Appeal of the Turks and Caicos Islands.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
The candidate must have judicial experience.
He/she must be qualified for appointment as a Judge of the Supreme Court in Turks and Caicos Islands.
DURATION OF APPOINTMENT
A five (5) year appointment extendable by mutual agreement.
The Court of Appeal hears appeals in three or four sessions every year. Each session is usually three weeks long and the court may hear appeals virtually.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Applicants must submit:
- A completed application form (attached)
- A resume with current contact information.
- An accompanying Cover Letter.
- Two letters of reference.
- Copies of educational certificates.
- A copy of the Passport photo page.
Shortlisted candidates must submit a Police Certificate.
