Junior Teacher Coaches (x2)
The Network of Early Childhood Development of Lesotho (NECDOL) is looking for two (2) passionate and committed individuals to join our team as Junior Teacher Coaches.

About NECDOL
NECDOL’s mission is to ensure effective coordination of partners, stakeholders, programs, and initiatives aimed at the holistic development of children aged 0–5 years at national level. This is achieved through:
- Research
- Evidence-based advocacy
- Resource mobilization
- Capacity building
- Strategic partnerships
- Innovation
- Monitoring and evaluation of Early Childhood Development (ECD) services and programs
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet one of the following:
- Certificate in Early Childhood Education plus 5 years teaching experience, OR
- Degree in Education or Humanities plus 2 years’ experience working in Early Childhood Development
Additional Requirements
- Vast knowledge of Early Childhood Education
- Knowledgeable use of a smartphone or tablet
- Basic computer literacy
- Valid driver’s licence (advantage)
- No criminal record, including any form of abuse
- Ability to speak clear Sesotho and English
- Knowledge of Xitsonga and Phuthi will be an added advantage
