Qualification:
Proven experience as sous or similar culinarily role
Culinary qualifications or relevant certification would be be seen as an asset. Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients and procedures.
Leadership skills to oversee and supervise kitchen staff
Must be able to assist with menu planning, inventory and management of supplies. Ability to maintain the highest standards of food quality.
Strong ability of pastry department.
Strong ability of administration.
