• Minimum of COSC/LGSCE (matric) At least 2 years’ experience in coir production and cannabis cultivation and basic computer skills will be an added advantage an
• Coir pad activity is laborious and thus requires a physically feet individual.
• Innovative, hygienic, quality, precision, production and target oriented
• Basic knowledge of arithmetic’s
• Patient, good attitude and good public relations
• Ability to produce weekly reports
• Ability to understand and execute given instructions
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lead a group of people.
