Mission:
- Support and assistance to all areas under the Inventory business units umbrella
- Financial report/ recon preparation and analysis
- Be the go-to person for the finance team on all financial reports related to Inventory, Capex and Intercompany
- Establish processes for gaps in the business and review current processes to ensure validity and compliance within business units
- Be the Inventory guru in the Inventory business unit’s
- Continuously strive to improve on reporting and systems to gain efficiencies
- Assist in auditing all internal business units processes and continue to suggest improvements that best benefit the business
Outcomes:
- Assist the Financial Accountant Manager to create and maintain a roadmap of things to come in the inventory environment within 6 weeks
- Ensure reporting on all systems are accurate and is presented live within 2 months
- Assist the Financial Accountant Manager with process improvements and implement to mitigate risk for Inventory
- Capture and review inventory transactions and internal audit controls
- Processing of the Fixed Asset Register
- Responsible for all intercompany adjustments, recons and payments
- Full audit function (prepares recons/ schedules/assists manager with internal inventory audits)

Qualifications:
University/Postgrad and Courses
1-3 years experience in the financial field
Degree in BComm. (Accounting)
Software Essential
Advanced skills in Excel and other Microsoft Packages
Google Drive
Years of experience in:
Experience with ERP systems
Adaptive Reporting Systems
1-2 years experience in (tech product environment ) ideally:
