TENDER NOTICE NUMBER 1 OF 2022/2023
TENDER FOR DATA NETWORKS & TELEPHONE SYSTEMS (IP PHONES) INSTALLATION FOR TŠIFALIMALI COMPLEX IN THE DISTRICT OF LERIBE -LESOTHO
THE Judiciary has funds under the government supplementary budget and intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for data networks and telephone systems (IP phones) installation at Tsifa-li-Mali court complex.
The Judiciary invites tenders from eligible and qualified tenderers for the supply, delivery and installation of: lot 1 Data networks, and lot 2 Telephone systems.
Interested and eligible tenderers may obtain tender document at the High Court of Lesotho Procurement unit first floor. The cost of the document is M2,000.00 payable at the Accounts office High Court.
Mandatory requirements for submission of tenders
- Relevant and valid traders licence certified from source
- Valid tax clearance certified from source
- Certificate of bonafide tendering
- Memorandum and articles of association
- Copy of audited company accounts
- Compulsory site visit on the 22nd July 2022 at 10:00am Tsifali mali Court complex Leribe.( certificate of attendance)
Qualification for awards includes amongst others:
- Conformance to specification
- Technical and financial capability
- Evidence of acceptable aftersales support
- Service record
- Margin of preference in accordance with regulation 12 of the government of Lesotho Procurement Regulations 2007.
The tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after tender opening.

Tender issuance and submission/opening
Issue of this tender is from the 30th June 2022
Tenders clearly marked “supply, delivery and installation of data networks and communication systems at Tšifalimali court complex“ must be deposited in the tender box located at the foyer next to procurement office, first floor high court building(The Palace of Justice) on or before 12:00 am local time, on the 29th of July 2022.
Late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened in the presence of tenderers in the High Court Board room on the 29th July 2022, At 12:15 hours.
