Wonder Tech is seeking two qualified IT Technicians to join its dynamic team and contribute to its continued growth and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Installation, servicing, and repair of IT hardware, servers, and storage systems.
- Support the deployment and maintenance of software and digital security solutions.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining conference room technologies.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and client support.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and service quality.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in ICT, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ICT systems and digital security.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
