IT Technician
About the Role:
This full-time, on-site role involves installing and configuring Starlink internet kits, troubleshooting technical issues, providing customer support, and identifying new sales opportunities. The IT Technician will engage directly with customers, deliver technical support, and maintain detailed records of installations.
Qualifications:
• Technical knowledge in networking or satellite installations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confidence in sales and customer engagement
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage time effectively
• Experience with internet hardware or fieldwork is advantageous
• Qualification in IT, Telecoms, or related field preferred
