Incumbent must be a qualified Information Technology Technician that will install and maintain computer system and network aiming for the highest functionality. He/ She will also train users of the systems to make appropriate and safe usage of the IT infrastructures. - Qualifications and Experience
Diploma in Information Technology (IT) plus one years’ (1) experience in that field.
- Knowledge and Skills
- Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
- In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.
Key Responsible
- Installing or upgrading computer systems and networks for LOIC.
- Troubleshooting software, hardware and other IT equipment issues
- Securing computer networks by performing periodic upgrades to firewalls
- Ensuring security and privacy of networks and computer systems
- Executing any other assignment that may be assigned to him/her by LOIC Management
