IT Systems Analyst Microsoft O365
Position Overview:
This remote position will be responsible for requirements capturing, systems analysis, documentation, evaluation and recommendation of alternative solutions, while working as part of an Agile Scrum team.
The ideal candidate has previous experience implementing an O365 tenant & domain at an enterprise level.
This role will manage analysis and coordination of the O365 Tenant, architecture, setup, management, policies, and federation.
Experience working in an O365 rollout project which includes MS Services: Outlook, Intune, Office Pro Plus, One Drive, SharePoint Online, MS Teams, and other services also desirable.
Must have outstanding business, technical, analytical, organizational and communication skills. Be a self-starter and a quick learner able to work across global time zones.
Success requires a hands-on technical background, but also the ability to work strategically with the applications teams and partners to propose solutions and improvements that take into consideration strategic business goals and objectives.
Principle Responsibilities:
- Assist Product Manager, Product Owner and O365 teams in evaluation, recommendation, migration activities and planning. Coordinate tasks/efforts as needed
- Identify potential process improvements, gaps or impacts from proposed changes based on previous O365 experience and make recommendations
- Identify and analyze user impact of changes to users current way of working. Support customer expectations, scope/risk management and coordination with global and regional teams.
- Project documentation. Be able to organization and display information for a global O365 migration project to various levels of partner groups. This includes technical vs non-technical partners.
- Supervise decisions and changes to project scope so it is easily disseminated to the scrum team through stories, systems models, specifications, diagrams and charts to provide direction to team members.
- Assist in the creation of governance-related materials (policies, procedures, standards, standard methodologies, roles & responsibilities) as required. Adhere to all Interactive Entertainment Information Security policies
- As the role is global, a flexible approach to working hours to support global business operations is required.
Qualifications:
- Ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in one or more areas as it relates to the O365 Tenant, architecture, setup, management, policies/governance, and federation. Previous experience working in an O365 rollout project is desired.
- Experience in the deployment of various MS Services including Outlook, Intune, Office Pro Plus, One Drive, SharePoint Online, MS Teams is required.
- Strong organizational, administrative, presentation and analytical skills required.
- Capable of analyzing and evaluating requirements and making solution recommendation. Strong documentation and organizational skills required. Ability to handle various tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or other related field
- Demonstrated ability supporting corporate applications, enterprise applications in a business solutions/analyst/developer role
- Consistent track record of project managing, developing, detailing, communicating and implementing functional requirements leading to the implementation of new business processes across multiple departments in an organization.
- Ability to champion a positive and constructive relationship with global internal business partners as well as software developers, management and IT personnel in onshore/offshore teams.
- Knowledge of industry standard methodologies for business analysis, project management, and technical writing. PMI, SAFe, Agile methodologies a plus
