Job description
Onfon Mobile is a technology company that works with mobile telephone companies to sell phones to the mass market through their shops and their partner shops such as large chain stores to customers who do not qualify for contract phones.
The IT Support Executives will be responsible for resolving Customer Care Executives and Sales Team Executives support queries through prescribed programming tools.
Roles
Offer on demand level two technical support to customers, shop sales team and the Sales Support Agents
Assist the developers in identification and execution of automation tasks to simplify service delivery and support function
Extract system level data set as requested by various departments
Perform minor IT code development work as assigned by IT manager from time to time
Manage all IT systems used in service delivery across the company
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree in IT or Computer science.
2. 2 years Experience in coding or IT support
3. Ability to write Software products using Python, Javascript or Node
4. Proficiency in Database Management systems particularly MySQL
5. Ability to offer IT support to IT system users
6. Willingness to work in shifts
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: R6,000.00 – R6,250.00 per month
