VACANCY IT NETWORK CABLING TECHNICIAN (X3)
DEPARTMENT: IT Infrastructure Services
REPORTS TO: IT INFRASTRUCTURE SUPERVISOR
PROJECT DURATION: 2-4 Weeks
PROJECT LOCATION: Thaba-Tseka, Town Area
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
• Installation of IT data networks.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
1. Installation and termination of network cables.
2. Fibre installation.
3. Installation and mounting of access points.
JOB DETAILS
1. Involves heavy lifting.
2. Working at heights.
3. Working in confined spaces.
4. Kneeling or bending for extended periods of time.
5. Ability to handle physical work for long hours.
REQUIREMENTS
• Strictly based in Thaba-Tseka.
• Bring own PPE
Certificate in IT
• A+, Network+
