IT Engineer – Digitise
We are looking for a 3rd Line Career IT Support Engineer, with 10 to 19 years experience, who is up to the challenge of working under pressure in a demanding but rewarding environment. The ideal candidate needs to be responsible team player who is also capable of working on their own initiative and can make a fresh and positive contribution to the Service Desk Team supporting our clients remotely.
Experience needed:
– Commercial experience within a similar role
– Windows 7,8 & 10 Administration and Support
– Active directory Administration
– Networking knowledge
– Office 365
– Azure
– Ticketing systems such as Freshdesk
– Anti-virus software
– Best business practice
– Good Customer service
Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00
Salary: Starting from R25,800 depending on experience
