BACKGROUND
Sentebale is a nonprofit organization which was founded in 2006 by Prince Seeiso of Lesotho and Prince Harry of the United Kingdom, in order to improve the lives of vulnerable children and youth in Lesotho with particular focus on psychosocial care and support, health and education. We are currently working in all 10 districts across Lesotho.
Sentebale invites suppliers to submit their business profiles to be included in our Vendor Database in the following categories:
- Catering (for special events)
- Catering and laundry equipment
- Computer software (Operating systems and application software)
- Cleaning materials and detergents
- Consultancies (Feasibility Study, Evaluation and Salary Survey, etc.)
- Equipment Maintenance (photocopier, printers, scanner)

- Food supplies ( groceries, fruits and vegetables, white meat, red meat )

- Hotel Accommodation (Hotel, Guest House, Lodge, Conference / Training Centre, etc.)

- IT & Telecommunication Services (E-mail, internet, servers & routers, telephone, fax)
- Media Services (Radio, Newspaper, TV, etc.)
- Newspaper Advertisement (job adverts, consultancy adverts, etc.)
- Office Furniture & Equipment
- Printing, Photocopying and Binding (Manuals, Business cards, Goods Received Note books, Cash Receipt books, Bank
payment voucher books) - Promotional Items (T-Shirts, banners, sign writing, etc.)
- Road Transport Services / Car Rental (4*4 vehicles, shuttles, etc.)
- School Uniforms (including shoes)
- Construction services (plumbing, electricians, carpentry, etc.)
- Stationery / Office Supplies
- Translations (Manuals from English to Sesotho)
- Vehicle Repairs (General repairs, panel beating, routine maintenance, and break down services etc.)
- Videography and sound studio

- Clothing (Chef Attire, sweaters, protective clothing, curtains etc.)

- Farming supplies (seeds, tools etc.)
- Fire equipment & service (fire extinguishers, alarms, smoke detectors, trainings, etc.)
- First Aid ( kit refills & trainings)
- Professional services (accounting and audit services, professional counselors, consultancy etc.)
To be considered the following documents must be included
• Company profile reflecting the name of the company and registration documents,
• CVs of personnel in the case of consultancies.
• Length of time in business of the same or similar type.
• Contact details of at least three referees.
• Valid Traders License
• VAT Clearance Certificate.
Please note that bids that do not meet the above requirements will be disqualified.
