Invitation to Register as a Supplier
BACKGROUND
The Institute of Development Management (IDM) is a regional training institute operating in the three countries of Botswana, Lesotho and Eswatini with a mandate to provide Education, Training, Research and Consultancy in the SADC region and beyond. Other than ensuring human capital development, the IDM assists both the public and private sector organizations to develop their systems and business needs in order to achieve competitiveness and deliver better services and products. These services are also available to regional and international organizations wishing to improve their management performance, design and improve management procedures, conduct feasibility studies and market research.
IDM therefore invites potential suppliers of goods and services to register with the Institute to support its operations in Lesotho for 2023/24 financial year.
The supply of goods involves but not limited to: cleaning materials, protective clothing, office stationary, electrical appliances, refreshments, building materials, computer accessories, office furniture, corporate promotional materials and newspapers.
The supply of services includes but not limited to: repairs and maintenance of electrical equipment, vehicle maintenance, building maintenance, ground maintenance, repair and maintenance of computers, vehicle rentals, courier, air travel, IT support and network, advertising, printing and graphics design, production of signage and accommodation facilities.
