Invitation to Participate in the Public Digital Services Experience Survey
Lesotho Digital Readiness Assessment
Overview
The Ministry of Communication, Science, Technology and Innovation (MICSTI), in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), invites members of the public to participate in the Public Digital Services Experience Survey, conducted as part of Lesotho’s Digital Readiness Assessment.
The survey aims to understand how people across Lesotho experience digital government services by gathering feedback from individuals who use services such as:
- Online applications.
- Digital payments.
- Mobile-based public services.
- Education platforms.
- Health information systems.
- Other digital government channels.
The survey also explores:
- Access to digital services.
- User experience and usability.
- Inclusion and accessibility.
- Trust and perceptions of security.
- Digital skills and support needs.
- Expectations for improving public digital services.
