Invitation to Apply for Content (Sound) Broadcasting Services Licences

PUBLIC NOTICE

1. INVITATION TO APPLY
   Acting in accordance with Rule 3 (2) of the Lesotho Communications Authority (Administrative) Rules – Legal Notice No. 77 of 2016, the Authority hereby invites interested entities to apply for licences for provision of Content (Sound Broadcasting) Services in the categories of Commercial/Private and Community Broadcasting Services as defined in the Lesotho Communications Authority (Licensing Classification and Fees) Rules – Legal Notice No. 23 of 2018.

2. FULL SUBMISSION DETAILS
   Interested entities may obtain full details in relation to this invitation at the LCA website at http://www.lca.org.ls or collect hard copy versions at the LCA Licensing Office at the address stated below.

Clarifications will be provided during a briefing meeting on the 9th August 2018 at 10:00 hrs at LCA Offices.

1. SUBMISSION DATE
   The closing date for submission of applications is 24th August 2018 at 12:00 Hrs. Late and incomplete submissions will be disqualified. All applications must be in writing and delivered to:
