Pre-Qualification for the Procurement of Goods, Services and Minor Works
1. Background and Scope
The Road Fund Secretariat (RFS) hereby invites interested vendors who wish to be included in the RFS Supplier’s Register to respond to the enclosed Pre-Qualification requirements.
The supplier register shall be formed for the period of May 2026 to 31 March 2027.
The required categories are outlined in Table 1 below.

3. Qualification Requirements
The eligibility for pre-qualification will be based on fulfilling information given in:

- Financial capacity

4. Supporting Documentation
- Copies of certificates must be submitted; where certificates indicate inconsistencies, they will not be considered.
- Failure to submit mandatory documentation may result in disqualification.
5. Important Notes
- RFS reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received at any stage.
- Applications submitted after the closing date shall not be considered.
- Registration does not guarantee automatic engagement or contract award.
