Kadosh Centre, a premium development in Maseru, is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or companies to manage its soon-to-open shopping complex, office spaces, residential penthouses, and gym facilities.
The successful candidate or firm will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure exceptional tenant and customer experience, and maintain the Centre’s world-class standards.
Location: Katlehong, Kadosh Centre, Maseru, Lesotho
Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive property and facilities management
- Tenant relationship management and lease administration
- Security, cleaning, and maintenance oversight
- Financial administration, reporting, and budget control
- Marketing and promotion of the Centre to drive foot traffic
- Ensuring compliance with all legal, health, and safety requirements
Requirements
- Proven track record in commercial property or facilities management
- Strong financial and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
- Professional team, resources, and systems to support operations
- Demonstrated ability to manage mixed-use developments
- Innovative approach to customer experience and tenant satisfaction
Proposal Terms
- Remuneration and terms of engagement will be based on experience and proposal strength
