Purpose of Notice
The Pension Fund invites applications from suitably qualified and compliant suppliers, service providers, and contractors for pre-qualification and inclusion in the Fund’s Supplier Database for the 2026/27 financial year.
Interested and eligible suppliers are invited to submit Expressions of Interest for consideration and inclusion in the Fund’s Supplier Database under the categories listed below.

Mandatory Requirements
Interested suppliers must submit the following:
- Company profile
- Certified copy of valid business registration documents
- Valid Trade Licence / Business Identification Document
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- VAT Registration Certificate (where applicable)
- Latest three (3) months’ bank statements
- Confirmation letter from the bank validating banking details
- At least three (3) reference letters from major clients for goods supplied or services rendered within the last two (2) years
Due Diligence and Database Inclusion
Following evaluation of submissions, the Fund may conduct due diligence and verification exercises prior to final inclusion in the Supplier Database.
Inclusion in the Supplier Database does not guarantee the award of any contract or business opportunity with the Fund.

Submission Instructions
Interested suppliers are required to submit sealed envelopes clearly marked:
“PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR THE PROVISION OF GOODS, SERVICES AND MINOR WORKS – 2026/27”
Submissions must be deposited in the tender box located at the address above on or before:
24 July 2026 at 16:30hrs
Late submissions shall not be accepted.
