Invitation for Expression of Interest
Overview
The Ministry of Trade, Industry and Business Development (MTIBD) invites eligible Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) operating in the leather, home textiles, and handicrafts sectors to submit Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for participation in a multi-donor supported Capacity Building Programme.
The initiative is designed to:
- Enhance product development skills.
- Strengthen export readiness.
- Improve regional and global competitiveness.
- Expand market access for local producers.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be a legally registered entity compliant with business laws and regulations.
- Be an exporting entity seeking to explore the AfCFTA and international markets; or
- Be a non-exporting entity that has demonstrated success in the domestic market and wishes to enter export markets.
- Be committed to business growth and market expansion.
Application Requirements
Applicants must submit:
- A company profile through the application form provided in the Company Profile Link.
- A copy of the business registration certificate.
- A copy of the Tax Clearance Certificate.
