Invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI): Restaurant Operator

The Petroleum Fund invites suitably qualified and experienced restaurateurs to submit an Expression of Interest to lease and operate a restaurant of approximately 78 m² in the new Petroleum Fund Headquarters building situated at Kofi Annan Road, Maseru.
The premises include a high-end industrial kitchen. The successful operator will be responsible for the restaurant fit-out and will lease the space directly from the Petroleum Fund. Applicants must demonstrate prior restaurant operating experience and a reputable track record.
