Invitation for Bids (IFB): Provision of Security Services
Tender No.: DCEO/PROC/2026/2027‑1
The Directorate on Corruption and Economic Offences (DCEO) has received financing from the Government of Lesotho and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under the contract for the Provision of Security Services. DCEO hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders, clearly marked:
“Bid for Provision of Security Services.”
1. Procurement Method
Bidding will be conducted through Open National Competitive Tendering in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 2023, and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Act.

3. Access to Bidding Documents
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the DCEO Procurement Unit during office hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 09:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Friday: 09:00 AM – 12:00 PM
4. Purchase of Bidding Documents
A complete set of bidding documents (in English) may be purchased upon payment of a non‑refundable fee of LSL 2,000.00.
- Method of Payment: Cash
- Payable to: DCEO Finance Office
5. Submission and Opening of Bids
- Bid Submission Deadline: 26 May 2026 at 10:00 AM
- Electronic submissions: Not permitted
- Late bids: Will be rejected
