Invitation for Bids for Backup Generator to the National Drug Service Organization
The National Drug Service Organization (NDSO) is a Trading Account for the Ministry of Health in Lesotho. It is mandated to procure, store and distribute Medicines, Medical Supplies and Laboratory Consumables for the Health Institutions in Lesotho. NDSO was legally established through a gazette Supplement No.4 to Gazette No.19 of the 2nd March 2007. The Government Hospitals use their allocated funds for drugs, dressings and other allocations to buy the supplies from NDSO. These funds are used by NDSO to Procure Medicines, Medical Supplies and other Health Sector Goods from eligible Suppliers using the tendering method of procurement.
NDSO now requests you to submit your Bids for the speedy Supply and Installation of the Brand New Backup Generator.
Your quotation must include costs of delivery to NDSO, Mafeteng, Lesotho, bill of quantity, installation and service plan.

Deadline for Submission of sealed-Quotations:
Local Preference of 5-15% will be applied for Registered Local registered Dealers subject to their shareholding certificate submission.
Bids must be delivered to the address below, labelled NDSO/Generator/2018/05 on or before 1400 hours on 08th June, 2018. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 14:30 hours on the 08th June, 2018. NDSO shall not be liable for any bid not deposited in the tender box.
