One Power is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following positions:
Inventory Manager
What you will do:
- Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory levels and procedures, uniquely identify stock and assets, keep records in a suitable data structure and update key user information and status through existing and/or developed digital tools and platforms
- Analyse inventory data and draw actionable insights that will inform purchasing, storage, and logistics
- Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, condition and depreciation assessment, and adjustments
- Coordinate closely with procurement department and jointly plan purchases
- Direct timely movement of supplies between suppliers, HQ, and work sites through efficient scheduling and deployment of internal and external logistics resources
- Maximize the efficient management of supplies while minimizing costs
- Ensure financial, regulatory, and environmental compliance
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Finance and/or relevant field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
